FSB-8D Digital Leak Detector & Noise Logger

fuji-tecom-fsb-8d.jpg

The FSB-8D Digital Sound Detector is well-suited to leak detection work on Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Polyethylene (PE) piping.

Detect leak sounds using the sound level display on the LCD and listening to the sound quality through headphones.

Can be combined with the FSJ-1 Noise Level Analyzer for automatic noise level analysis — find leaks with no technical experience.

Compared to the previous model FSB-7D, the FSB-8D is capable of twice the intensity and has three times the sensitivity.

In stock and ready to order.

Features

Noise reduction filter
Equipped with a 150/180Hz notch filter to avoid the specific frequencies produced by alternating current, such as vending machine noise, pole-mounted power transformer noise, and induced hum noise.

Short contact rod with anti-slip finish
Listen to leak sounds with stable pipe contact.

Improved intensity and sensitivity
Twice the intensity and three times the sensitivity of the FSB-7D.

Overcurrent protection
Includes an auto-regression fuse, and the battery terminal is protected against accidental reverse installation.
